custom and automated Energy Dispersive X-ray Flourescence
(EDXRF) systems. The QXR Series online analyzers for rapid,
automated, and non-destructive analysis of bulk solids and
powders, and sorting and separation of recyclable materials.
QXR systems can quickly classify materials into 15 different
category types per line by elemental composition. The system
recognizes all elements from Chlorine (CI) to Uranium (U)
on the periodic table.
The QXR Series is capable of rendering highly specific sorting
rates of 1 - 10 tons per hour depending on the application.
Operating at belt speeds up to 300 - 400 feet per minute,
the QXR is capable of piece IDs in few as 100 milliseconds.
