"For
dust free handling of fine and difficult powders" Pneu-Con
Powder Receivers are constructed from spun aluminum, stainless
steel, or carbon steel. Each receiver is complete with continuous
automatic pulse-jet cleaning of the filter cartridges. Abrasion
resistant and sanitary designs are available. Feed rates
from 50 - 25,000 lbs/hour. Optional load cell mounted receivers
for weighing/totalization applications.

Whisper
Loaders are self-contained vacuum conveying systems. Whisper
Loaders work automatically to maintain a constant material
level in day bins or receiving hoppers which are located
above injection, extrusion or blow molding machines. Each
self contained system operates on a batch principle. The
duration (time) of conveying and dump cycles are pre-determined
by adjustable timers. Many options are available.

Blower
Packages are offered with belt driven or direct driven assemblies.
Each blower package is individually designed to provide
the proper cubic feet per minute of airflow to conveyor
specific material. Every application is analyzed and molded
on our computers to enable the correct power source to be
recommended.

Pneu-Con
"Pull Pac" units are complete vacuum / pressure
conveying packages. Units are designed to convey powder,
granular, or pellet materials at high rates or long distances.

Weighblenders
are available with capacities to fit a vast majority of
production needs. The modular design allows scaling up or
down as required. Complete flexibility of ratio is rapidly
attainable by simply changing the weight of the ingredients.

Small
Bag Dump Stations are available with or without dust containment
/ collection systems. Standard features include a 60 degree
Pyramid Hopper, Removable Grid Bars with interlocking proximity
switch, and flanged outlet for receiving either a rotary
airlock or pneumatic conveying takeoff box. Optional Dust
Collector module, Auto Pulse Filters Cleaning System, 1,000
CFM Blower Package, and NEMA 12 Control Panel are available
upon request.
