The Problem:
Manual sifting and sorting of fiber and plastic parts for
rejects and waste material was slow and inefficient.

The Solution: Eriez Vibrator Feeders were
installed at the Iten Fibre Co facility., Ashtabula, OH. The
feeder trays were equipped with various mesh size screens
to separate the reject material.

The Result:
Manual sifting and sorting of the reject / waste material
was eliminated. Only good parts are carried to the end of
the feeder trays to downstream packaging operations. The gain
in efficiency was put at 300 to 400 percent.
