FLO-CHOKE
The Flo-Choke is a specially designed discharge shut-off device. It allows partially emptied bulk bags to be reclosed, tied and stored for later use. It can be incorporated as an integral part of any Control and Metering bulk bag discharger. Flo-Choke is suitable for lined and unlined super sacks.

Flo-Choke closes the bag via pneumatically actuated cables which encircle the bag outlet spout. Because the cables "cradle" the bottom of the bulk bag, the point of closure is close to the bag bottom panel. When the bulk bag is lifted by hoist or fork lift truck, the bag bottom retains its flatness. Therefore, the partially emptied super sacks will stand upright.

The Flo-Choke is activated when the ingredient is still flowing. After the bulk bag spout is closed, the operator opens the access door and reties the outlet spout choke tie. The choke cables are then opened and the spout and liner are folded up and the outer flap is tied off. The bulk bag and its rigging frame are removed by hoist or fork lift for storage. A sanitary Flo-Choke is also available.

Bulk Bag Squeezer
The hydraulic bulk bag squeezer is designed to break up ingredient that has formed a solid block in a bulk bag. Ingredients such as cocoa and adipic acid can become so compacted that they cannot be discharged. The bag squeezer provides a quick, easy and sage means of preconditioning these hard to discharge ingredients.

Flo Choke
The Flo Choke is designed to close off the outlet spout of a bulk bag thereby allowing the partially emptied bag to be easily removed from the discharger. Two types of Flo choke are available. The Sanitary Flo Choke is typically used in the food and pharmaceutical industries or with very dusty ingredients. The cable operated Flo Choke is used where sanitary handling requirements are less stringent and dusting is not excessive.

Bulk Bag Folder
The Bulk Bag Folder allows an operator to easily fold an empty bag in a dust free manner. Simple to use, the Bag Folder produces neatly folded bulk bags after the dust-laden air trapped in the empty bag is extracted via a dust collection system (by others).

Flexible Screw Conveyor
The flexible conveyor easily and inexpensively conveys powders, flakes, granules and crystals. 3”, 4”, 5” and 6” diameter conveyors are available. This range of conveyors coupled with an extensive list of options can handle virtually any conveying requirement. Portable units are available as are configurations designed to integrate with bulk bag dischargers and fillers. The flexible conveyor is an economical method of transferring dry ingredients. It requires little maintenance and is easy to use.
