Liquid Line System enhances product purity and protects
vital downstream equipment from metal in the product stream.
Liquid Line Metal Detectors are used for viscous products
such as liquids, slurries, syrups, pastes and many other
pumped products. When metal is detected in the product flow,
a reject signal is channeled to one of the available output
relays. The output relay can be used to activate a ball
valve, control a visual or audio alarm, or send a signal
to a PLC.

gravity-fed Metal Detector is designed for the detection and
removal of minute pieces of ferrous, nonferrous and stainless
steel contaminants. Such particles sometimes enter the product
stream from deteriorating processing equipment components
such as worn sieve wires or splintered dies. Its compact design
accommodates many space-restricted areas within tablet and
encapsulation rooms.

Metalarm Metal Detectors offer a range of control unit models
and a wide selection of search coils. The Series 1200 Metal
Detectors handle a wide range of applications, from detecting
.075-inch and larger ferrous and nonferrous particles traveling
at speeds up to 1200 fpm, to detecting small pieces of metal
in wet conductive products.

E-Z Tec 9100, a free-fall metal separator, incorporates high
sensitivity balanced coil technology and is designed to tackle
both ferrous and non-ferrous metal contamination problems
in a variety of industries, including plastics, wood, textiles
and recycling. The E-Z Tec 9100 is compact, can counter product
effect and offers a high-speed, pneumatically operated reject
system to minimize waste of good product. The Eriez Model
PL Metal Detector is a single surface detector typically installed
on flat belt conveyors or chutes. It is especially effective
for picking up metal contaminants where the search coil is
surrounded by metal conveyor frames or moving metal like mobile
crusher applications.
