The
use of magnets for removing ferrous contaminants in an industrial

Rare Earth Roll Separators provide an alternative in handling
a wide variety of materials which do not respond well to traditional
methods of processing on low intensity drum separators or
high intensity induced magnetic roll separators. The Rare
Earth Roll is used as a head pulley, and a thin belt connects
the roll to a Dynaloc, self cleaning tail pulley. Several

Powerful
magnetic Hi-Filters remove fine ferrous and paramagnetic
contaminants from flowing liquids. Magnetic collection of
fine particles requires a high intensity, high gradient
magnetic field. An electromagnetic matrix type separator,
referred to as a magnetic filter, has proven to be the most
effective method of separation. This type of separator utilizes
a high intensity electromagnet and a flux converging matrix.
Used in the Glass, Ceramic, Food and Minerals Processing
industries.

High strength permanent magnetic field. Wet High Gradient
Magnetic Separators utilize high strength permanent magnets
