In
the mid 1950's, Eriez parlayed their considerable knowledge
of magnetics and process engineering to develop a new-patented
electromagnetic drive system. This new drive, named Hi-Vi,
offered remarkable advantages over other systems available
in the market. The Hi-Vi drive was the basis for Eriez' first
feeder product line. Eriez now designs and builds a complete
line of electromagnetic and mechanical vibratory units. |

Operated Electromagnetic Drives using "alternating
opposing and attracting magnetic forces" are extremely
accurate, reliable and energy efficient. These units have
no sliding or rotating parts to operate. Benefit from more

only from Eriez' patented AC operated Electromagnetic Vibratory
Feeders.

The
High Speed (HS) Feeder is designed mainly for packaging and
production applications requiring frequent on/off cycling.
Typically used in food packaging applications, they can operate
at up to .090" amplitude at 50-60 cycles and feed up
to 600 cubic feet / hour of materials weighing 30-40 lbs/cu
ft. |

The
unique High Deflection (HD) Electromagnetic Feeders operate
at a higher amplitude and lower frequency enabling them
to handle hard to feed materials such as fine powders and
flexible leafy products. The HD Series can handle up to
19.82 cubic meters / hour of light products such as cereal
weighing 4.53-6.8 Kg/cu ft.

Eriez'
Round Screen Separator is a high capacity gyratory unit designed
for high viscosity liquid/solid separation, and wet or dry
classification. Easy operation when tuning to specific feed
rate, product and separation requirements.
Eriez' Linear Screeners incorporate our Vibratory Feeder or
Mechanical Conveyor with multiple screen decks, for conveying,
screening, sizing, etc. |

Eriez
Mechanical Feeders and Conveyors are low-horsepower, high-capacity
units which handle bulk materials in volumes up to 2250
TPH. Low-profile units require minimum headroom and are
operated by a simple, stable, variable controller. Wide
variety of trough sizes, multiple screen decks, and models
are available for every application.

These
vibrators, with their totally enclosed patented magnetic drive,
can be used for applications ranging from the tiniest hopper
to huge bunkers with reinforced heavy steel plate and liners.
Hi-Vi's concentrated vibration, with its powerful positive
drive in both directions, applies a superior action to bin
walls . . . and results in more economical, more efficient
flow of hard-to-handle materials. |
