Metalfab
Volumetric & Loss-of-Weight Screw Feeders are simple,
low-cost, ruggedly built feeders that provide extremely
accurate, dependable metering and weighing of a wide range
of materials. Many models are available including Sanitary,
Space Saving, Mini Feeders, and a Combination Screw Feeder
/ Conveyor for 3' to 12' length.

Metalfab
Bin Activators are built to withstand the repetitive forces
of vibration and forces induced by the product load above
them. The unit's true conical shape is efficient for promoting
flow of product with minimum force requirements. Metalfab
is the only manufacturer of bin activators that has a secondary
adjustable baffle - eliminating compaction at the outlet.

The
Metalfab Volumetric Belt Feeder is a ruggedly built slider
bed assembly designed for the highly accurate metering of
all types of powders, pellets and agglomerates. The unit
is exceptionally suited for the feeding of abrasive materials
and those which have a tendency to smear or compress when
being fed by a screw.

The
Posibin consists of a static cylindrical bin fitted with the
unique Metalfab Bin Activator. It provides positive, problem-free
discharge of a wide range of difficult materials. Two Posibin
models, with capacities from 3 to 750 cu. ft. handle materials
with bulk densities from 60 to 200 lbs/cu. ft. Operation is
almost completely noiseless. |

The
rugged CB1 Continuous Mixer is designed to blend two or
more powders, pellets, or flakes, dispensed from volumetric
screw feeders in proportioned quantities.

The
entering material flows through the tube of the Spin-Loader
to a motorized spinning disc which directs the product to
the outer walls of the bin - thereby eliminating pyramiding. |
