Thayer
Scale Loss In Weight Vibratory Feeders are ideal for feeding
materials at very low feed rates accurately, with second
to second uniformity, and without feed rate pulsation. The
simple and low cost design makes it an excellent choice
for feeding free flowing materials such as pellets or granules,
and delicate materials such as fiberglass and snack foods.

This
liquid feed system is a simple and accurate adjunct to multi-ingredient
propotioning systems. It permits the introduction of a liquid
component into a dry material blend under the same contoller
system. All feeders can be tied in under the Thayer EZ-3200
Distributed Control System, for accurate, total flow control. |

Shakes
the material, not the hopper. Assures free flow of ingredient
and high reliability of operation. An expanded metal screen
is mounted inside and parallel to the hopper wall. The air
operation thrusts the screen in direct contact with the
material producing gravity flow and quiet operation.

EZ-3200
instrumentation may be configured for single or multi-feeder
operation in either continuous or batch mode. Features include
programmable analog and discrete 1/O, multi-level passwords,
RS232, RS485, PLC, PC DeviceNet, Profibus-DP and Ethernet
communication.
