Van Air's Dry Pak system is a complete skid mounted system
that guarantees clean, dry air for numerous air processes.
The Dry Pak can be installed indoors or outdoors to reduce
maintenance costs and prevent downtime in all painting,
shipbuilding, petrochemical and pneumatic processes.
Your
compressor not only compresses air, but also moisture vapor
(humidity) in the air. At high compressor discharge temperatures,
the air can hold a lot of moisture. However, air cools as
it travels through your piping, causing the moisture to
condense. Before you know it, you have a river of water
flooding expensive pneumatic equipment and tools.
Stop the river before it reaches your equipment. The Dry
Pak™ prevents condensation in your air lines and protects
pneumatic equipment. It saves time and money consumed by
air-operated equipment maintenance and downtime.
With a Dry Pak, you can finally stop asking why all the
water is in your air system.
•
Free Initial Desiccant Fill
• Mounted Filtration
• Dependable Motorized Drain Valve
• No External Energy Source (DP-375 to DP-1000)
• Ideal for Dirty or Dusty Environments
Applications:
Able to take inlet temperatures up to 150°F, the Dry
Pak can be installed indoors or outdoors. It keeps water
out of your pneumatic equipment by providing a dew point
10°F below the ambient temperature.
This protects your processes by ensuring clean, dry air
for :
• air tools
• painting
• ship building
• stationary blasting
• general shop air
• petrochemical processes
• pneumatic equipment
The optional freeze protection kit (Models DP-50 thru DP-250)
ensures operation in low temperatures.

Capacities
based on rated conditions of 100 PSIG, 150°F inlet
and 10°F approach.
For 125 PSIG, capacities at pressures above 100 PSI
are determined by aftercooler rating at 10°F approach. |
