Dry-O-Lite®
Desiccant
Dry-O-Lite is the registered trade name of the absorbent
deliquescent desiccant specifically formulated for single
tower compressed air dryers. Materials in the compound
are not toxic or potentially toxic and are completely
soluble. When used in a properly sized single tower
air dryer, Dry-O-Lite will remove sufficient moisture
vapor to establish an approximate 55% RH in the air
line. |

Special
Purpose - SP Desiccant
Special Purpose, Type SP, is the trade name of the absorbent
deliquescent desiccant formulated for compressed air
dehydration where the operating temperature is at or
below 80° F. Special Purpose absorbent desiccant
produces lower dew points for compressed air applications
than other absorbent deliquescent desiccants on the
market. It establishes an approximate 33% RH in the
air line.

High
Performance - HPD Desiccant
High Performance, Type HPD, absorbent deliquescent desiccant
is recommended for sequential tower systems where the
operating temperature is at or below 80° F. When
used in a properly sized compressed air dryer, HPD will
remove sufficient moisture vapor to establish an approximate
23% RH in the air line.

Max
Performance - 10BF Desiccant
Max Performance, Type 10BF, is the most powerful absorbent
deliquescent desiccant developed by Van Air Systems
for use in single tower compressed air dryers. Extremely
low dew point requirements in compressed air dehydration
systems can usually be met using 10BF. When used in
a properly sized single tower air dryer, 10BF will remove
sufficient moisture to establish an approximate 10%
RH in the air line.
