Van Gas Desiccant Bed Systems provide a cost effective solution to remove moisture from natural gas wells without glycol or BTEX emissions. With typical flows ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 SCFD at operating pressures up to 1,400 PSIG, Van Gas Desiccant Bed Systems make an excellent choice to replace TEG units for your natural gas drying needs.
These systems are offered in two configurations to accommodate your particular application. The first is an open skid design that incorporates two or three dryer vessels in a series. These gas dryers contain various blends of absorbent desiccant to minimize the overall operating cost. The second is a totally enclosed system for ease of maintenance and desiccant replacement.
Van Gas has been an industry leader in absorbent desiccant and natural gas dehydration technology for over six decades.
