Van Gas large flow particulate and coalescing gas filters feature nine filter housing models and four element grades that remove water droplets and oil aerosols down to .01 micron. Standard models are available for flows up to 90 MMcfd at 1440 PSIG, with larger capacities and higher pressures available.
All Van Gas large flow filter housings are constructed for carbon steel and are designed with a two-phase separator to prolong filter life through removal of free flowing water and oil. Buth sump areas can be equipped with either manual or automatic drains.
The large flow filter housings are designed to allow filter element replacement through top loading. Closure types include swing-bolt, blind flange and blind flange with davit. This allows for the filter element to be replaced quickly and without the difficulties typically found in bottom loading type housings. The top loading feature of our coalescing and particulate filter housings also eliminates any ground clearance requirements that may be needed when changing the filter elements.
